Yes, we provide negative balance protection. If a transaction causes the account balance to become negative, the system will automatically reset the balance to zero. Our risk department continuously monitors clients’ risk exposure. If we find that a client’s trading is irresponsible, we will notify the client via email and request that they reduce their risk exposure. Additionally, we may reduce the leverage on the client’s account.

We offer interest-free overnight accounts for Islamic clients, who must provide identification documents.

The trading hours for each commodity vary and can be viewed in the product specifications within the trading system.
